US Digital Marketing Specialist (Permanent WFH) – with 20k Signing Bonus!

The role requires strong communication skills and an ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
 
The role is expected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance and other functions/business.
 
You’ll need to be pro-active, have a client-focused mind and create and maintain strong and effective relationships with the team.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, build and implement digital marketing and email strategy
  • Conduct keyword research using search engine commands and keyword tools.
  • Strategize compelling keyword-optimized content for website, blogs and articles
  • Execute and maintain strategic social media campaigns
  • Implement and utilize analysis tools to extract and analyze relevant data to develop reports
  • Prepares, plans and manages the publication of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotion
  • Develops and implements internal marketing programs
  • Utilizes a range of online techniques to raise brand awareness
  • Provides support to the Marketing Manager to help generate potential leads

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Business Management, or anything related
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Prior digital marketing experience is a must
  • Experience in SEO, PPC (pay-per-click), Email marketing, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, and social media.
  • Experience in MS Office, Editing, and Photoshop
  • Graphic design experience is an advantage
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful and results oriented.
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, and the ability to get things done.
  • High level of enthusiasm and passion for digital marketing.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to both analytics and creative problem solving
  • Must have a stable internet connection for a work from home arrangement.

Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, US (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM MNL)
Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH
