US Administrative Assistant (WFH)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our US-based client. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project tracking and management to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct research and compile relevant data to assist business operations
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organized records
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • Monitor team workflows and follow up on pending tasks
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
  • Assist with maintaining accurate financial records
  • Prepare and send client invoices, and follow up as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in US shift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Manila Time), work from home
