US Administrative Assistant (WFH)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our US-based client. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project tracking and management to ensure timely completion
- Conduct research and compile relevant data to assist business operations
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organized records
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Monitor team workflows and follow up on pending tasks
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare and send client invoices, and follow up as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in US shift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Manila Time), work from home
