Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and record daily financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Handle payroll processing, including calculating and disbursing employee salaries and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve any accounting or financial issues.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any accounting related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required for this position
- Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and standards
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Dext, or QuickBooks)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Must have a stable internet connection for a work from home arrangement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a stable internet connection for a hybrid arrangement. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.
Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, UK (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
