UK Administrative Support (Temporary WFH)

This role will assist with a wide range of administrative tasks that ensure smooth project execution, client management, and supplier coordination, all in a remote environment.
 
You will manage communications, supplier relations, and project scheduling, while maintaining key data to ensure efficient workflows for the account managers.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for all work functions.
  • Manage the order-to-cash workflow.
  • Maintain communication between clients and suppliers regarding schedules, follow-ups, and triaging incoming queries.
  • Schedule projects and coordinate scheduled work dates, ensuring clients and internal teams are informed of any changes or updates.
  • Manage files and assist in developing manuals and playbooks.
  • Conduct routine audits and updates to the database, ensuring all client, supplier, and project data is current and optimized.
  • Generate and provide reports on the timeline between inquiry and cash receipt, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist the Account Management Team in tracking and reporting project progress.

 
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, post graduate diploma or professional degree.
  • At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position, ideally in an international set up.
  • Familiarity with procurement and supplier management.
  • Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Office and other CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently, highly organized, and can effectively communicate with team members in an orderly and professional manner.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, UK (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL)
