We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong AI expertise to join our small, senior, and hands-on team. You will act as the technical lead, Scrum Master, and delivery owner, bridging the gap between product vision and execution. This is a hands-on role where you will actively write and review code, lead architecture, and integrate AI into our products and internal tools.
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with offshore developers, product owners, and other stakeholders. You should be proactive, delivery-focused, and capable of maintaining a high standard of technical quality while guiding the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of scalable full-stack solutions.
- Write, review, and maintain code across frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js/.NET/Python) stacks.
- Integrate AI/LLMs (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) into products and automation workflows.
- Implement Scrum Lite: plan sprints, run daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Break requirements into actionable tasks and manage backlog execution.
- Support live systems, resolve production issues, and handle support tickets end-to-end.
- Manage cloud environments (Azure preferred) and database operations (SQL/NoSQL).
- Mentor offshore developers and enforce code quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong backend (Node.js/.NET/Python) and frontend (React/Angular/Vue) expertise.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).
- Hands-on experience integrating AI / LLMs into applications.
- Proven experience as Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and lead offshore teams.
- Delivery-focused, proactive, and comfortable balancing roadmap work with live system support.
- Stable internet connection is required to work from home
- Willing to work on a UK shift (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM) from Monday to Friday.
