AU Financial Planning Admin

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in assisting with financial planning operations, including document management, client communications, and reporting.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the business owner and other team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Draft professional emails, letters of engagement, and other client communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documentation as required.
• Support the setup of bank accounts, including SMSFs (Self-Managed Super Funds).
• Complete forms, letters, and other documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain and manage client and company documents, ensuring proper filing and compliance.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required to support the financial planning team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial services regulations and company policies.

 
Key Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience providing administrative or support services within Australian financial planning.
• Proficiency in XPlan is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrates discretion and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
• Must be willing to work AU shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila time) and have a reliable internet connection for a work-from-home setup. The remote work area must be a private space, separate from areas shared with other household members.
• Must be willing to work onsite once per quarter.

Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
