AU Client Service Officer (WFH)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Officer under the Financial Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the client in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of their business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to queries via phone and
    email
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and reviews
  • Assist in coordinating client review processes and reporting requirements
  • Support advisers and paraplanners with administrative and client-related tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within internal systems
  • Liaise with external providers such as super funds, insurers, and other product providers
  • Prepare financial planning documents including Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and implementation forms
  • Monitor workflow and follow up on outstanding tasks, client requests, and provider requirements
  • Ensure compliance and documentation standards are maintained across all client files and correspondence
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time
  • Use available systems and tools effectively to improve efficiency
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience across time zones and locations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the Australian financial planning industry is required for this position
  • Experience with financial planning CRMs such as XPLAN is highly regarded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly
  • Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared household spaces.  

Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
