AU Bookkeeper Admin (Onsite)

We're seeking a highly motivated Bookkeeper Admin to support our esteemed client based in Australia.

This para-professional role provides hands-on support to insolvency practitioners and accountants in the administration of files. While you will not be expected to take on all responsibilities immediately, the role is designed to grow with you as your skills and experience develop.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with file set-up and initial statutory checklists.
  • Preparing and distributing initial correspondence to creditors, employees, banks, and regulators (e.g., ASIC, AFSA, ATO).
  • Assisting with notices of appointment and publication requirements.
  • Collecting, and organising company or debtor records received on appointment.
  • Liaising with banks to secure accounts and set up trust accounts where required.
  • Assisting with employee notifications and payroll records.
  • Entering receipts and payments accurately.
  • Preparing and lodging BAS and other statutory filings.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining trust account integrity.
  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, including invoicing and debtor follow-up.
  • Preparing management and statutory reports to support the professional team.
  • Assisting with creditor communications, meeting documentation, and proof of debt registers.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant electronic records across insolvency software and accounting platforms.

Requirements:

  • Has completed any related course.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
  • Background in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration. 
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
  • Preferably has experience with using Insol6 and Aryza
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proactive in acquiring new skills and knowledge is an advantage.
  • Preferably has exposure with insolvency or legal administration (corporate or personal).

Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City  
Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
Work Arrangement: Onsite
