AU Appointment Setter (Onsite)

This role is a great fit for someone who excels at organization, communication, and follow-through. You'll play a key role in supporting our business development efforts by managing client data, coordinating outreach, and scheduling high-level meetings. Your work will directly contribute to building strong relationships and driving the firm’s growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of contacts, interactions, appointment details, and other relevant information using a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Lead Generation: Build and manage contact lists and prospective client databases for review by firm leadership.
- Email Communications: Draft professional email outreach to introduce the firm and its services, aiming to secure sales meetings for the Director team.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointment calendars for multiple senior team members using the CRM.
- Follow-Up Coordination: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients to confirm meetings and send timely reminders.
- Service Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of the firm's offerings to effectively respond to inquiries from potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a sales support role, with a proven track record of administrative excellence
- Experience in calendar and appointment management.
- Experience in nurture leads (lead generation)
- Experience in calling leads
- Experience with executive tasks
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to manage multiple schedules and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience supporting senior professionals or executives in a professional services environment is an advantage.
- Preferably has experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms.
Applicants must be willing to work on an AU shift, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MNL) and must be amenable to work onsite during probationary period at our office in Eastwood, Quezon City. (Work-from-home arrangement will be reviewed and discussed after the probationary period.)
