AU Administrative Assistant (Permanent WFH)

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for liaising with clients to gather financial information and resolve any discrepancies. Additionally, your exceptional organizational skills will allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, and handling email communications.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial documents, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, and managing accounts receivables.
  • Liaise effectively with clients to gather financial information and help resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

 
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position
  • Proficiency in any cloud-based software is preferred.
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in organizational skills, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
