AU Accountant (Hybrid)

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, providing superior financial and accounting services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including account and bank reconciliations, invoicing, billings, payments, bank uploads, finance logs, and report generation
- Prepare financial statements and other reports, involving cash flow, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
- Execute month-end closing activities, involving journals, forecasting, and analysis
- Oversee entire client ledgers, proactively managing and resolving any discrepancies that may arise
- Provide comprehensive accounting services across all facets of the client's business
- Assist with audit tasks
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accountancy or any accounting related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required for this position
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Audit experience is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a stable internet connection. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.
Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (once a week onsite, every Friday)
