Adrian brings over two decades of varied experience to his role as Country Director for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. He has led teams across multiple countries, languages and cultural backgrounds and has worked for both multi-national companies and his own company. He understands the challenges of working with remote staff and running a business.

Ciara is a seasoned HR manager with an impressive tenure of over 10 years in the industry. Throughout her career, Ciara has expertly overseen a workforce of 3000 employees across diverse global clients, skillfully resolving labor issues and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Since joining Frontline Accounting in 2016, Ciara has been instrumental in streamlining the company’s HR operations, catering to the diverse needs of clients from Australia, the UK, and the US. Her leadership extends to a proficient team of 16 dedicated staff within the HR department, showcasing her managerial capabilities and commitment to excellence.

Trish has been with Frontline since 2017. She has several years of experience in HR management and has organized multiple company events.

Charry is a dedicated HR professional with over 10 years of experience in the field, driven by a genuine passion for people. She is known for her calm presence, dependable support, and ability to build strong, trust-based relationships across teams.

She started her journey with Frontline Accounting in 2016 as an HR Administrative Assistant. Over the years, she has expanded her responsibilities by providing valuable support in overseeing the HR team and helping keep both clients and staff happy.

Louie started at Frontline as the Assistant to the Director in 2016. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and her innate ability to ask the tough questions, she holds a pivotal role as Project Manager overseeing the smooth execution of projects and initiatives within the Support Team. Louie is a nature and animal lover, she refuses to kill flying cockroaches even if it terrifies her.

Adhel, Accounting Manager and a seasoned PH CPA, has spent more than a decade at Company A.

Her adaptability and experience in an AU accounting firm make her a trusted trainer for Filipino staff diving into Aussie tax. Off the clock? Amy is a K-drama enthusiast and a hands-on Mom Boss who keeps her household—and two little bosses-in-training—in check.

Jess is an Accounting Manager who’s been with Frontline for more than a decade. With her experience, she’s helped train hundreds of Filipino accountants. Outside of work, she’s a fierce mother and a foodie. Never one to turn down a snack or two!

Ems is an experienced professional with a dynamic background in Frontline Accounting, with over 8 years of dedicated service in the industry. Beginning as a Recruitment Assistant, Ems has meticulously climbed the career ladder to become a seasoned Recruitment Manager. Throughout Ems’ journey, they have successfully collaborated with numerous clients hailing from diverse regions such as Australia, the UK, and the US.

Beyond the realm of traditional accounting, Ems’ role in recruitment has transcended mere job placements; it has been a conduit for fostering meaningful connections and facilitating individuals in realizing their professional aspirations. Leading the Operations team with vigor, Manel is a force to be reckoned with in the BPO industry and recruitment. Despite standing at 4’11”, her stature in cultivating new business relations and driving Frontline forward on the international stage is immense. Her extensive experience and leadership have not only expanded our global footprint but also significantly enhanced our operational capabilities. Manel’s dynamism and expertise underscore her towering presence in the industry, proving that true capability knows no height.

With over a decade of marketing expertise, Jandy has been a pivotal part of Frontline’s journey since 2014. Von brings over a decade of IT expertise to Frontline, having joined the team in 2014. His journey into IT was unconventional, starting with a variety of odd jobs that shaped his resilient and adaptable approach. At Frontline, he has been instrumental in managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring a seamless collaboration between clients and staff. Known for his problem-solving skills, Von excels at overcoming challenges and never lets obstacles hinder his performance. His dedication and hard work continue to be vital to our operations and success.
