Over a decade ago, two accountants looked ahead at the future of the profession and decided to lead it. From day one, Frontline Accounting’s Australian founders, Mark and Jon, offshored 100% of their firm’s work to the Philippines, and they’ve never looked back.
Their model quickly caught the attention of fellow accountants eager to do the same. What started as a favor helping peers source skilled staff in Manila soon turned into a steady stream of requests, as firms everywhere struggled with capacity. In just one year, a small team grew into nearly a hundred.
As demand soared, Mark and Jon transitioned out of their accounting firm to focus entirely on building and scaling Frontline Accounting. Their firsthand experience running a fully offshore practice keeps them deeply attuned to the day-to-day challenges firm partners face. Their commitment to adding value and offering real solutions has helped Frontline expand its reach to firms around the world.

CEO & Co-FounderMark is a Chartered Accountant in Australia and the UK and one of the co-founders of Frontline Accounting. He worked in public practice as an Auditor and as the Financial Controller of a NASDAQ-listed subsidiary in Australia.
Jon Ryall, CPA, CA, ICAEW
Director & Co-FounderJon is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent in Australia. He first worked in public practice in 2003 for a mid-tier firm in Melbourne and further developed his career with the Big 4.

Ciara Damole
Country Manager | 11 YearsCiara is the Country Manager, with over a decade of leadership in HR and operations. Throughout her career, Ciara has expertly overseen a workforce of 3,000 employees across diverse global clients, skillfully resolving labor issues and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Since joining Frontline in 2016, she has built Frontline’s HR team to 20 and streamlined end-to-end HR for clients in Australia, the UK, and the US.
In her current role, she works with the management team to run day-to-day operations, drive business growth, align policies with strategy, and resolve both client and staff concerns.
She holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations and is passionate about enabling people to succeed and empowering teams to deliver consistent and excellent results.

Patricia Roque
HR Manager | 8 YearsTrisha joined Frontline in 2017 as an HR Specialist and has since grown into her current role as HR Manager, leading a team of 19 professionals across various areas of human resources. Her team oversees employee engagement, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, client relations, policy compliance, learning and development, and other core areas.
With over a decade of experience in people management, Trisha is known for her hands-on leadership style and strong commitment to fostering a positive work culture. She plays a key role in ensuring that both staff and clients are supported, motivated, and aligned with Frontline’s values. Under her guidance, HR serves as both a support system and a compliance partner—balancing employee welfare with adherence to company policies and Philippine labour laws.
Before joining Frontline, Trisha spent four years in the BPO industry specializing in labour and employee relations, where she gained valuable expertise in handling complex workplace issues and organisational dynamics. Earlier in her career, she worked as a school counsellor, which helped develop her empathy and passion for helping people reach their full potential.
Steady, approachable, and people-oriented, Trisha continues to build initiatives that strengthen engagement and contribute to the long-term growth of both employees and the company.
Charry Arradaza
Assistant HR Manager | 9 YearsCharry is an experienced HR professional with over 10 years in the field. She’s known for her calm, dependable presence and her ability to build strong, trust-based relationships within teams. Her passion for supporting people and creating positive work environments has been key to her success at Frontline Accounting.
She started her journey with Frontline Accounting in 2016 as an HR Administrative Assistant. Over the years, she has expanded her role, providing valuable support in overseeing the HR team and ensuring both clients and staff are well-supported. Working alongside Trisha, she helps guide the HR team in implementing strategies that align with the company’s goals. Charry’s transition from administrative support to a leadership role has been fueled by her commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, and embracing new challenges.

Louie Mendoza
Project Manager | 9 YearsLouie joined Frontline in 2016 as the Executive Assistant to the Director and has since grown into the role of Project Manager. Over the years, she has played an integral role in shaping the company’s internal systems and supporting its growth through various phases of change.
Although her educational background is in Applied Music, Louie’s work experience spans education, customer service, and executive support. Her natural drive for efficiency and organisation, along with her genuine satisfaction in doing meaningful work, led her to pursue a corporate career. She takes pride in getting things done well and making a positive impact on the people she works with. After nearly two decades in the workforce, she’s proud to have chosen to become a gainfully employed professional rather than a starving musician.
As Project Manager, she leads company-wide initiatives—from improving systems and processes to developing new revenue-generating projects—ensuring that each one is thoughtfully planned and executed. Known for her calm, structured way of thinking and her ability to ask the right questions, she helps teams turn good ideas into meaningful results.
Adhel Pilariza
Accounting Manager | 11 YearsAdhel is an Accounting Manager and a dedicated PH CPA who’s been with Frontline Accounting for over a decade. Known for her adaptability and love for learning, she has grown from an eager accountant to one of the company’s most trusted trainers for Filipino staff stepping into the world of Aussie tax and accounting.
When Adhel first joined Frontline Accounting, she had zero AU experience. She built her foundation in local bookkeeping and government lodgements, working her way through accounting roles in construction, audit, and trading before discovering her path in AU tax and accounting. With the help and mentorship of Jon and Mark, she quickly learned the ropes, turning what started as a challenge into one of her biggest career achievements.
Now, Adhel is passionate about helping others do the same. Together with the training team, she has guided more than a hundred local accountants through their own “conversion journey.” She also supports the company’s internal finance operations and takes on projects that make processes smoother and more efficient.
Outside of work, Adhel is a K-drama enthusiast and a hands-on Mom Boss who runs her home with the same energy and heart she brings to her team alongside her two little bosses-in-training.
Jess Abocado
Accounting Manager | 12 YearsJess is an Accounting Manager who’s been with Frontline for more than a decade. With her experience, she’s helped train hundreds of Filipino accountants. Outside of work, she’s a fierce mother and a foodie. Never one to turn down a snack or two!
Khaye De Jesus
Senior Recruitment Manager | 9 YearsKhaye is a recruitment professional with 15 years of experience in the field, including 12 years in leadership. She holds a degree in Psychology and has extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment and team management. Prior to joining Frontline, she led talent acquisition for large BPO organizations, focusing on high-volume hiring across customer service and operations roles.
With Frontline since 2016, Khaye began as a Recruitment Supervisor leading a small team of four and has since grown the function into a high-performing group of sixteen, including recruiters, sourcers, and a manager. She has been instrumental in building and leading a recruitment team dedicated to matching the right people with growing firms in Australia, the UK, and the US.
She partners closely with global clients to understand their recruitment needs and concerns, personalize hiring strategies, and ensure every match supports long-term success. She also represents Frontline alongside colleagues at international conferences and client meetings to discuss the value of offshore staffing and explore how the team can help clients grow.
She is passionate about delivering meaningful and positive experiences for candidates and clients at Frontline. She fosters a supportive work culture where her team is encouraged to keep learning, improving, and finding inspiration in what they do.

Sheryl joined Frontline as an administrative assistant in 2015 and has since steadily demonstrated impressive skills and leadership potential. She works closely with a friendly group of Operations staff—the warm faces who greet everyone each morning and provide support throughout the office. Sheryl may not be the loudest voice in the room, but her thoughtful insights and steady leadership have a lasting impression, showing that true influence often shines through calm strength and genuine wisdom.
Marynel Arceo
Marketing Manager | 10 YearsManel started her journey with Frontline back in 2016 as a Recruitment Supervisor. Over the years, she’s taken on several roles, from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager, before moving into her current position in Marketing. Her growth within the company reflects her dedication, adaptability, and love for what she does.
While in Operations, she was one of the key people who helped oversee the company’s office move, from a 700+ sqm space to a much larger 2,000+ sqm office. It was a major milestone for Frontline, and Manel played a big part in ensuring a smooth transition and setup for the growing team.
She’s also been part of many key projects that strengthened client relationships and improved internal operations. Manel has represented Frontline at various conferences in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and often connects with potential clients through discovery calls to share how Frontline can support their business goals.
With a background in business administration and marketing, she enjoys combining creativity and strategy in her work. Above all, Manel is passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and helping both teams and clients succeed together.
Von De Leon
IT Manager | 12 YearsVon has been with Frontline Accounting for over 12 years, leading the company’s IT department with a strong focus on innovation, security, and reliability. With nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry, he brings both deep technical knowledge and practical business insight into his role.
Before joining Frontline, Von spent eight years working at one of the most recognized computer retail chains in the Philippines. There, he specialized in technical sales and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) management, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in hardware systems, customer support, and operational efficiency.
Since joining Frontline in 2013, Von has transformed the company’s entire network infrastructure. What began as a basic setup has evolved under his leadership into a secure, enterprise-level network that now supports every aspect of Frontline’s operations, from office connectivity and remote access to cybersecurity and data protection.
Von is the architect behind many of the company’s major IT initiatives, including:
- Designing and implementing an enterprise-grade network and security framework.
- Establishing robust firewall and threat prevention systems.
- Developing policy-driven IT governance in alignment with international standards such as GDPR.
Every IT system and safeguard in place today reflects Von’s commitment to building a secure, stable, and future-ready technology environment for Frontline Accounting. Adrian Cortez
Assistant IT Manager | 9 YearsAdrian Cortez is experienced IT personnel with 9 years and counting of dedicated service at Frontline Accounting. Over the years, he has developed strong technical expertise in system management, troubleshooting, and network maintenance, while helping lead and support his team to achieve greater efficiency and collaboration.
Since joining Frontline Accounting in 2016, Adrian has played a key role in overseeing daily IT operations and ensuring the smooth performance and security of the company’s data and IT infrastructure. He works closely with his team to resolve technical issues promptly and fosters continuous learning to strengthen both individual capabilities and overall team performance.
