I’m Khaye, Senior Recruitment Manager at Frontline Accounting. While I couldn’t attend the event, I’ve heard great feedback about how our CEO captivated the stage, delivering an engaging presentation that sparked curiosity and captured the audience’s attention.
Today, I’d like to share my journey and what makes Frontline a unique place to grow your career.
Before joining Frontline, I began my career as an HR assistant in a bank and later explored various industries, eventually working for a multinational technology and consulting firm. There, I worked as a Recruitment Specialist, managing high-volume hiring for diverse roles, and was later promoted to a leadership position. These experiences ignited my passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
When I joined Frontline as a Recruitment Supervisor, I found a completely new dynamic. I interacted directly with clients, provided tailored recommendations, and aligned strategies to meet their needs. I felt empowered and trusted in my role.
Now, as Senior Recruitment Manager, I lead a growing team of 15. Together, we’ve played a pivotal role in scaling the company and driving its success.
Over my eight years with Frontline, I’ve been fortunate to experience incredible opportunities that extend beyond my role. I’ve travelled to Australia and the UK—not just for the excitement of exploring new places but to connect with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting partnerships.
In the UK, I had the privilege of facilitating client workshops in Manchester and London. These workshops allowed me to present case studies, share best practices, and engage in meaningful discussions about team management and business growth.
Outside the sessions, we built stronger relationships with clients through casual lunches and coffee meetups. These moments not only enriched me professionally but also deepened my understanding of our clients’ goals and broadened my personal growth.
Sydney was equally memorable. I attended a conference and gala night, where we interacted with accounting professionals from across Australia. Many were amazed to learn we had traveled all the way from the Philippines, and it was inspiring to showcase the global impact of what we do at Frontline.
