#FAMakingWaves: A Trip To Remember

We had an amazing team trip last March, full of fun, memories, and strong connections. Over 30 of our clients joined us, and one of the best parts was watching them finally meet their offshore teams in person.

We also got to meet our US VP of Business Development, the newest face in our Marketing team. She made a big impression during the trip, proudly wearing materials from the Philippines and winning Best Costume of the Night with her team. See for yourself.

Another exciting moment was welcoming clients who visited our new office in Eastwood for the first time. We moved from IBM Plaza to Global One, just a few blocks away — but now with more space and new collaboration rooms for our offshore teams.

Everyone was buzzing with excitement! We had more games, more laughter, and this year, we finally pulled off that dreamy beachside dinner. Last year, the weather had other plans, and even though HR had everything ready, we had to move indoors. But thanks to our amazing support team, we made it work.

This year? We nailed it!

The breeze, the sound of the waves, and the feeling of sand under your feet — it was everything we hoped for.

Our 2024 Team Trip theme was #FAMakingWaves, and we truly did. A wave of new opportunities, a better future for Filipinos, and stronger partnerships to help our clients grow their businesses offshore.

Plus, we did an ambush interview of our BPO staff too, from first-timers to long-time attendees-sharing their favorite moments from one of our most awaited annual events.
