The role needs strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. The role is expected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance and other functions/business.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Invoice & Quotation Processing: including the formatting of policy schedules using Word Doc.
- Policy Administration: conducting policy Endorsements (alterations) where necessary, obtaining or creating Certificates of Currency.
- Processing residential and business package quotations using online portals
- Claim Lodgement – via phone and online portal
- Debtor management
- Compliance in accordance with ASIC/AFSL requirements
- Record Keeping
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Australian insurance industry is ideal for this position
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid set-up
